I hand make all my witches salts, the black salt is the most powerful one... and commonly used for protection, instil boundaries, banishing. You can keep it by the doors and windows, sprinkle some across the doorway or sweep it through (in tiny amounts). For added protection you can add some to the water when you wash your floors.
